The Hunter and the Swan will play at foburg, “a 3-day alternative music and film festival on March 9-11, 2012 in 15 venues on and around Frenchmen Street in the greater Marigny neighborhood of New Orleans,” according to film programmer Jonathan Jackson. “Foburg 2011 featured 15 venues, 125 bands, and crowds approaching 10,000 people” to celebrate “rock, indie rock, and alternative artists from the greater Gulf South,” as well as “national touring artists” (like this year, Japanther!)
